These trees are at the First Baptist Church of Belleville, Illinois. There are 150, four inch Moravia Stars. Also on the trees are Chrismons done in counted cross-stitch. We used very large plastic (illuminated) Moravian Stars in our Narthex, and the paper stars on the trees to complement the theme. I wrote special responsive readings interspersed with responsive singing that carried out the star theme for each of the four Sundays in Advent. Our first year to use them was 2004.
